Mr. Daniel Marcus earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, Davis in 2011. While at UC Davis, he was involved with Hillel at Davis and Sacramento, STAND and intramural sports. He also interned for prominent non-profit organizations in Washington D.C. During law school, Mr. Marcus served as vice president of the Jewish Law Student Association and as a Symposium Editor with the Santa Clara Law Review. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in May 2016, where he graduated cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Mr. Marcus made the Dean’s List each year of law school and received the CALI Excellence Awards in Business Organizations, Remedies and Federal Income Tax.
Prior to starting Nguyen & Limon, LLP, Mr. Marcus interned for Judge Jo-Lynne Lee at the Alameda Superior County Court, where he worked extensively on asbestos litigation. Mr. Marcus also clerked for a Northern California Estate Planning and Trust firm, a Business and Tax Law Firm and most recently a prominent Family Law Firm. Mr. Marcus focuses his practice on all areas related to family law and strives to zealously represent clients.
In his free time, Mr. Marcus enjoys hiking, cooking and avidly rooting for local professional sports teams.
