Kaitlyn D. Fehderau

Associate Attorney

Ms. Kaitlyn D. Fehderau graduated from Fresno Pacific University with a degree in Political Science. While in undergrad, she was involved in Harvard University National Model United Nations Conference and studied abroad in Northern India.

During law school, Ms. Fehderau served as Vice President and Coach of the student-led Mock Trial Team, Executive Secretary for the law school’s student government, and as a Student Attorney in the civil litigation clinic helping clients with landlord and tenant, unemployment, and divorce disputes. She was appointed as Policy Director for the law school’s International Refugee Assistance Project chapter and was a member of the law school’s Student Policy Committee. Ms. Fehderau served as a judicial law clerk on the Massachusetts Appeals Court and participated in several moot court competitions. She later received her Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law where she graduated with concentrations in Public Interest and Litigation & Dispute Resolution. Ms. Fehderau is also a recipient of the 2021 Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts Pro Bono Honor Roll.

 

Before starting at Nguyen & Limon, LLP, Ms. Fehderau worked in federal relations on Capitol Hill, as a law clerk at the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office in the Victim Services, Violent Felonies, Law & Motions, and Homicide Units, and as a law clerk at the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General in their Appeals, Writs and Trials Criminal Law Division. Ms. Fehderau was selected to become a Judge Advocate General for the U.S. Navy upon graduation of law school, but found her true calling to represent clients in the family law sector.

 

Ms. Fehderau loves watching live sports, spending time with her friends and family, listening to podcasts, and playing tabletop and video games.
