Patrick M. Coughlin
Of-Counsel | Criminal Defense
Mr. Patrick Coughlin is commited to fighting for the underdog. He first began his career as an attorney working for a small firm that represented prison inmates. After experiencing and witnessing a number of injustices, he knew that he would always work towards giving a voice to those who needed one in our criminal justice system. He then worked as a deputy public defender in Humboldt County.

Being in a rural, remote area did not stop Mr. Coughlin from managing a large caseload of misdemeanor, felony, and varied civil matters where he represented the interests of those who could not afford counsel. He tried a number of cases before juries ranging from DUI's to domestic violence to workers' compensation matters to even failure to dispose of a dead cow properly.

Needless to say, he does not shy away from a challenge. For the past couple of years, Mr. Coughlin has continued fighting for those who need a voice throughout the Bay Area, specifically Santa Clara County. He handles criminal cases ranging from traffic matters to serious felonies.

Mr. Coughlin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and working out at the gym.
